Exchange Policy
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• If the product has been opened, used, or the seal is broken, exchange will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Only unopened and unused products are eligible for exchange approval.
No Refund Policy
• We do not offer refunds on delivered orders.
• Once an order is delivered, it is considered non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures for verification. After approval, our team will arrange an exchange.
Important Note
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products cannot be exchanged or returned once opened or used.
